Creative therapy works well for individuals and is used successfully in groups with the aged, veterans, in hospitals and mental health patients, but can be designed to work with any age or need.  

Sessions involve conversation and creative and reflective processes. Mediums could be paint, colour pencils, clay, creative journalling, collage imagery, photographs and more.
