Creativity for self exploration, expression, celebration,
connection, life transitions and goal setting;   Creativity for Wellbeing!
In this work I draw from my own art practice,
my training and experience in Transpersonal Art Therapy and
my Masters of Fine Arts research.


The Arts Health movement's contributes much to community wellbeing, contemporary Western culture is waking up to what Indigenous cultures have known for millennia; that art processes have healing powers. 


Creative practices can help us form a sense of identity, aid personal and social co-hesion and vitalize relationships; with the self, each other and the environment.  ​

In Groups


Enjoying and benefiting from art for wellbeing is open to all. Art training is not needed, but being open to exploring, even a little, is. Creative therapy has been used successfully with the aged, veterans,

hospital and mental health patients, but really, can be designed to work with any group, age or need.  



With Individuals.


In one on one sessions creative processes can be focused onto many aspects of life; self exploration,

celebration, life transitions and goal setting. 


Sessions involve conversation and creative and reflective processes. Mediums could be paint, colour pencils, clay, creative journalling, collage imagery, photographs and more.
